Eligibility Requirements

The GSIS must be an active member for at least 15 years. He/she may nominate not more than two (2) beneficiaries of the loan.

The student-beneficiaries:
  1. Filipino citizen;
  2. Relative of the member-borrower;
  3. Enrolled in an undergraduate course with a maximum study period of five years; and
  4. Agrees to become the co-maker on loan once reached the legal age.
Documents Requirements

1. Educational Loan Application Form
2. Tuition Assessment Form or Enrollment Form; and
3. Copy of School ID with three signatures of the student on the same page or any ID bearing the birth date, picture, and signature.

How to apply to the GSIS Education Loan Form Program?

1. Download the application form and accomplish it completely.
2. Prepare the scanned or photocopies of all the required documents.
3. Submit the requirements through the following:

4. The GSIS Handling Branch Employee shall contact you for
1. Tentative loan computation; and
2. Loan Counselling Session.
